Your facilitators have over 40 years of combined experience guiding leaders to successfully accomplish increased performance, individual empowerment and productivity as well as establish team unity.
Leadership competencies you will develop include:
- Living in the present moment to access the best solutions in the midst of chaos
- Identifying and releasing core beliefs that limit leadership effectiveness
- Discovering new ways of thinking in order to be the cause of all situations and not the effect
- Mastering language to inspire and motivate action in yourself and others
We will be hosted by Menla, an inspiring and peaceful retreat center overseen by the Dalai Lama.
Easily accessible by car or bus, Menla is located in Phoenicia, NY, 2 ½ hours north of NYC. Our weekend will commence on Friday evening with a welcome dinner and conclude after lunch on Sunday. We are happy to offer a discounted additional night for those who want to come and wind down a day early.
Costs for the 3-day retreat include all sessions, accommodations and healthy meals:
Double occupancy: $ 955.00
Single occupancy: $ 1,055.00
For some of you, this retreat can be utilized as a professional development opportunity that your company may be willing to support.
Registration: $200 no later than December 15 reserves your space in the retreat. The remainder is due at least one week prior to the retreat start on January 20th, 2017.
